How do I get started?

Do I need a doctor referral?
No, you do not need a referral for speech services.
Is there a waiting list?
We are currently taking new clients
Do you have evening availability?
Yes, sessions are held Monday-Friday from 8 AM - 8 PM. Times are subject to availability.
How long do sessions last?
Sessions are 30 and 45 minutes in duration. Options will be discussed and finalized during your consultation.
Where are the services provided?
All services are provided virtually through a secure web-video system.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept medical insurance. However, we can provide you with a detailed invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. You will need to contact your insurance company to inquire about coverage.
What forms of payment do you accept and when is it due?
We accept all major credit cards, and checks. Payment is due at the time of services
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellation.
